Eligibility for Returns
Products are eligible for return within 14 days of receipt if unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as when received. Custom or personalized items are non-returnable.

Return Process

Refunds
Refunds will be processed after the returned product is inspected. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Non-returnable Items
Custom-made items, sale products, and gift cards cannot be returned.

Exchanges
Exchanges for a different product or size can be requested within 14 days of receiving your order, based on availability.

Timeframe
Returns must be initiated within 14 days of receiving your order. Returns after this period are not accepted.
